Our story
KindPath Care Services Pty Ltd. was founded on a simple belief: that people living with disability deserve support that treats them as whole people, with their own goals, preferences, relationships, and stories. Not as a diagnosis, a funding category, or a service slot.
We started because we saw a gap. Too many NDIS participants were receiving support that was inflexible, impersonal, or difficult to navigate. We built Kind Path to be different, an organisation where the path forward is always shaped by the person walking it.

All Kind Path staff undergo:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- National Police Check
- Mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Ongoing professional development and supervision
